14 days to return items you don't like and get a refund.

How to return goods?

- The easiest way to request a return is to proceed directly from the "MY ORDER" section. Once logged in with your account, start the guided procedure by printing out the return documents.
- Ship at your own expense.


- We send our own courier and retain the cost from the refund (see cost table below)
- We refund you quickly once we have received and checked the goods

Please do not forget to put the receipt into the return box. No refund will be issued without the receipt. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, no problem. Send us the material at your own expense and you will be reimbursed. Let us know if you wish to return your order within 14 days from the reception day.
You can send the goods at your own expense, within 14 days of the notification of return, to this address specifying it on the package:

Write on the box "RESO NUMERO"  + your order number.

IMPORTANT: Pack the item carefully, inserting the receipt into the package. As soon as the return is delivered to Fresh Farm we will return to you any payments which we have received from you, with the exception of any supplementary costs arising from your choice of any means of delivery other, without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you noticed us of your cancellation. 
The refund will be made by the same payment method used by the customer at the time of the original purchase. In case of promo codes or discounts generated by the purchase of combination of products, the refund will be issued considering the promotion cancelled. No type of refund will be subject to additional costs on our part.

Unfortunately, we don't accept the return of an item in the following cases:

    • . If the product and/or the original box is used, dirty/stained, ruined or scratched, washed
    • . If the product is not in its original box/sleeve, with all the original labels
    • . If the returned item is a board, it must be in its original plastic sleeve
    • . Sealed goods which for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable for returning if the sealing has been removed after delivery
    • . Goods if these by reason of their nature have been inseparably intermixed with other goods after delivery (i.e. skis and bindings)


    The returned package must arrive at the Fresh Farm address. We do not accept returns that require us to go to the post office for collection
