                • TWIN SISTER Forever Flex : Forever Flex is a manufacturing process that helps stabilise a board's flex and rocker profile for its whole life. Our boards come out of the first production stages slightly stiffened and are then "broken in" with specialised machinery that simulates extreme use of the board. By flexing the board's fresh fibres and the epoxy in the factory, the materials settle into their final arrangement as if the board had been used for 20 days. This process helps us reduce production tolerances so that the board you buy has a more precise flex and rocker profile, which will change less as the board is used.
