Return Policy

30-DAY RETURN

Don’t like the product you ordered? You have 30 days from the date you receive it to request a return.

Your return package will be accepted if:

The package clearly shows our address:

and includes the wording “RETURN NUMBER” followed by your order number.

The package must contain the receipt included with your order.
The goods must be in perfect condition and the original boxes must be intact and properly protected (for example with film or a protective bag).

How to return an item

Ship the return at your own expense, using the courier of your choice.

Do not forget to include the receipt in the return package. No refund will be issued without the receipt.

The refund will be processed within two weeks from the date your return is received at our warehouse and will cover the amount paid, excluding shipping and return costs. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Any promotions or bundles will be recalculated and the applied discount will be cancelled.

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, dirty, washed or shipped without protection
  • Products missing tags or original packaging, or with damaged boxes
  • Snowboards removed from their original protective plastic film
  • Customized products or items made upon customer request
  • Products that have been assembled or inseparably combined after delivery

The return package must be delivered directly to the Fresh Farm address. We do not accept returns that require collection from post offices or pickup points.

Warning:

If the product you receive is defective or not as ordered, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery for priority handling.

Gift vouchers and discount vouchers purchased online or in-store are non-refundable.
