30-DAY RETURN

Don't like the product you ordered? You have 30 days from when you receive it to request a return.

 

Your return package is accepted if:

and the words "RETURN NUMBER" + your order number.

The package must contain the receipt sent.

The goods must be well cared for and the original boxes must be protected and undamaged (e.g. with foil or in a bag).

 


How to make a return:

 Ship at your expense, with the courier you prefer. 

Or request our courier by following these instructions:

  1.  Log in to Freshfarm.com using the account you used to place your   order.
  2.  From your "orders" section track the order you want to return.
  3.  Follow the guided procedure to request our courier, who will collect   the product directly from your home.

 At the bottom of this page you will find the cost of the collection service.

Don't forget to put your receipt in the return package. No refunds will be made without the receipt. 

 

The refund will be made within 14 days of us receiving your return, and will cover the amount paid excluding shipping and return services.
The refund will be made using the same method of payment used by the customer at the time of the original purchase. In the case of promotional codes or discounts generated by the purchase of product combinations, the refund will be made considering the promotion cancelled. No refunds will be subject to additional charges from us.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Material used, damaged, stained or dirty, washed, shipped without protection
  • Material without the labels and the original packaging/box, or if the original box is damaged by shipping due to lack of protection;
  • In the case of snowboards, boards removed from the original transparent film.
  • Material customised at the specific request of the customer or products made at the customer's request.
  • Material which, by its very nature, has been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery (e.g. non-slip pad attached, skis and bindings mounted).

The returned package must arrive at the Fresh Farm address. We do not accept returns that require us to go to the post office for collection.

If the product you receive is faulty or does not conform to what you ordered, please contact our customer service for a preferable solution within 7 days.
