Le tavole twin like hanno una leggera direzionalità grazie all'arretramento delle boccole, ed una sciancratura centrata rispetto alla posizione del rider. Hanno proprietà molto simili alle twin, con ottime sensazioni anche in switch. Sono stabili in velocità e dal buon galleggiamento, favorendo l'andatura con il tuo piede principale senza svantaggiare troppo l'altro. Camber direzionato, in questa categoria troviamo i camber ibridi che evidenziano la direzionalità della tavola.
