How to choose wax for snowboarding

Ski waxes have various characteristics, but mainly they should be chosen according to the temperature of the snow you will find. In general, it is convenient to divide them into three broad categories. On icy, very hard snow, a cold snow wax will be the right choice due to its greater hardness, durability and protection. On very wet and soft snow a warm snow wax will be greasier and more water-repellent, while in intermediate situations an intermediate wax will do just fine.
