MAPLUS FLUOROCLEAN

Liquid cleaner to remove residues of perfluorinated waxes and dirt collected during operation.

APPLICATION METHODOLOGY

After processing the base or edges or using the equipment on dirty snow, it is necessary to clean the base.
In case of waxing with FP4 perfluorinated waxes, perform a first cleaning with FLUORCLEAN and following in the same way a second cleaning with CLEAN. If only paraffins or fluorinated paraffins have been used, perform cleaning with CLEAN alone.

The direction in cleaning operations should always be from the tip to the tail of the tool:

1. Spread the cleaner evenly over the entire surface of the insole with a brush.
2. Wait two minutes for the cleaner to take effect.
3. Brush the insole with a soft brass hand brush to aid the action of the cleaner.
4. Remove dirt and wax residue with fiberlene wrapped on the Plexiglas squeegee.
5. Dry using the fiberlene.

To wax again, you must wait until the base is perfectly dry. Maplus cleaners evaporate completely in 30' minutes at room temperature of 18C. It is possible to speed up evaporation with a jet of hot air.
