APPLICATION METHOD WITH WOLDER IRON
Drip the kerosene pellet onto the base by placing it in contact with the base of the waxing iron at a temperature of 110-120C.
Then spread the wax in a smooth forward and backward motion and finally make a continuous pass from tip to tail at a constant speed (about 4 cm. per second).
Wait a minimum of 15 minutes to allow the wax to solidify and the base to cool
Remove the excess wax with a well-sharpened Plexiglas spatula exerting little pressure
Free the side of the ski and the side face of the edges from the solidified kerosene
Clear the impression with a stiff nylon hand brush Brush the impression with a stiff nylon hand brush or rotating brush Polish the impression with a soft nylon hand brush or rotating brush.
