Sono stabili in velocità e dal buon galleggiamento, favorendo l'andatura con il tuo piede principale senza svantaggiare troppo l'altro. Nonostante i camber sotto gli attacchi la forma generale della tavola è quella del rocker ed infatti le sue caratteristiche sulla neve lo ricordano. il valore che indica la resistenza alla flessione di uno snowboard. Una tavola rigida (flex alto) è più reattiva e conferisce una risposta più immediata, sicura e stabile mentre una tavola morbida (flex basso) è più maneggevole e votata all'esecuzione di manovre freestyle. Il medio sostenuto conferisce massima velocita' e stabilita'.
